The house was built in 1898 for the original use of being a funeral home with family quarters on the second floor and a maid's room in the front room of the third floor. Legend has it that the lady of the house was stabbed to death on the 1st floor landing. Not only does her spirit roam the house, but also that of a 12 year old girl who drowned in a pool nearby.
		When I first drove up to the house before I purchased it in 1998, I immediately noticed the attic vents panels were shaped as inverted pentagrams, along with 3 lightning rods. For those readers who have any estoteric knowledge knows that this house draws power into from the cosmos.
